Newfoil Servo

The fourth generation of Newfoil flat bed hot foil stamping, embossing and die-cutting machines has been designed around the latest development in servo technology, “Integrated Motion and Safety Control”. This new system links the mechanical, electrical and electronic elements of the machine digitally; synchronising all the key movements, web indexing, foil indexing etc., to the main drive.
The result is a massive increase in the machines top speed, with quicker and easier setup, reduced waste and many more features which were not available or an extra cost option on the previous 500 series machines.

Machine operators are able to preset all the variable machine parameters using the intuitive touch-screen (HMI) control panel. Once optimised, all the label data and settings are automatically stored for future use. The data created is downloadable to management information systems via the Ethernet connection.
Remote monitoring and access is possible using an optional plug-in module. The Servo Range is available in all our standard machine configurations, one two and three stations and web widths of 175mm, 250mm, 300mm and 340mm wide. By using the module method of manufacture, it is possible to build specially tailored machines for particular types of product and customer requirements, cost effectively.

Versatility remains a major feature of all Newfoil presses and among the many options available is sheeting, rotary scissor and back slitting, hologram register systems, top and bottom lamination, variable data, varnishing, screen printing etc.
