PrintVision/Helios is an automatic inspection solution that can be deployed both on presses and on rewinders. Along with its ability to detect process faults (spots, streaks, mis-prints, colour variation and mis-register), the PrintVision/Helios has label-specific capabilities that have made it the solution of choice for hundreds of label printers. These include the detection of missing labels, die-cut mis-register and incomplete matrix removal.
During Labelexpo 2007, live demos of PrintVision/Helios will be run in AVT’s and partners’ booths, demonstrating its capability to be integrated on any label press, rewinder or finishing machinery.
