Double E Group launches Auto-Lock II safety chuck

Double E Group has launched an upgraded Auto-Lock II safety chuck engineered with ergonomic enhancements, a smooth and positive auto-locking mechanism and an exclusive Fail-Safe Closing technology.

The new Auto-Lock II safety chuck builds on the success of its predecessor with a redesigned mechanism that operators can open and close easily with one hand. Its rounded design eliminates the dangerous pinch points and provides improved visibility when loading shafts and rolls, making roll changes faster, safer and more precise.

The enhanced auto-locking mechanism, utilizing preloaded spring tension to secure the shaft the moment rotation begins automatically, requires less operator interaction while dramatically increasing safety and productivity.
