Domino head shown by Brotech in digital finishing unit

At Labelexpo Asia, Brotech demonstrated a modular Eurotech SDF digital label converting system complete with cold foil, semi-rotary flexo unit, lamination and semi-rotary die cutting. The unit also incorporated a Domino K600 black inkjet module with variable print verified by an AVT inspection camera. The unit was linked by AVT’s workflow link to a remote FSS slitter-rewinder, with automatic positioning of defective labels to the splice station.

Also new on the stand was a turret rewinder with automatic core take-off and the BF330 booklet making machine.
