INX International acquires Servicom and Galaxy Inks & Coatings
The company enhances its presence in New Zealand and Australia.

INX International Ink Co. has successfully acquired Servicom New Zealand Limited and entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Galaxy Inks & Coatings Australia. Subject to customary closing conditions, that transaction is expected to close by the end of this month.
Servicom New Zealand, established in 2004 and led by founder Stephen Southon, has built a strong reputation as an innovative provider and the sole distributor of INX products in New Zealand. The company supplies high-performance inks for sheet-fed offset, UV, heatset, and two-piece and three-piece metal decorating, along with a comprehensive range of aqueous, UV and metal decorating coatings.
Galaxy Inks & Coatings Australia, founded in 1994 by Paul Hidajat and based in Sydney, is the exclusive distributor of INX products in Australia. Galaxy provides premium packaging inks, advanced inkjet products for digital printing, and a full suite of inks and coatings services, including color matching, supply chain management systems and technical troubleshooting.
‘These acquisitions represent a significant milestone in our strategy to enhance INX’s market presence and capabilities in Australia and New Zealand,’ said Blair Welch, INX managing director for Australia and New Zealand. ‘With Servicom now fully integrated and Galaxy soon to follow, INX is positioned to streamline operations, enhance customer support and accelerate growth throughout the region.’
