Cograf invests in its first Weigang offset press

The Weigang offset press has been transported to Cograf directly after Labelexpo Europe show and is already working at the printer’s plant near Turin, Italy.

‘Weigang offset machine has inline semi-rotary hot stamping, flat bed hot stamping & embossing and flat screen. It's a perfect machine for high quality wine labels in one process,’ said Roberto Cotterchio, president of Cograf.

Before signing the contract, Cograf has tested different label materials with various embellishments on Weigang press.

‘Its high productivity, outstanding quality and professional service left a long lasting impression on us. We have three Nilpeter presses already installed in Cograf plant. We believe this new Weigang press will help us reinforce productivity and enlarge wine label market in the future,’ concluded Cotterchio.
