Imprimerie Ideale opts for second FL5 from Edale

Imprimerie Ideale, based in Casablanca, Morocco, has ordered an FL5 press from Edale at Labelexpo Europe 2019.

This will be the converter’s second Edale press, having previously installed an 8-color Edale FL5 with flatbed die-cutter

The latest machine is a 510mm wide, 8-color FL5 equipped with a screen module as well as a rotary die station for in-line die cutting, embossing and sheeting. 

Youssef Ajana, CEO of Imprimerie Ideale, said: ‘The first machine was perfect for short to medium runs, the second machine will provide us with the ability of longer run work.’

The FL5 has the ability to combine print, cut, crease and braille as well as embossing and removing the waste within a single machine, making it ideal for short run carton work from 1000-100,000 units and is also reconfigurable for a wide range of sizes and forms.
