The eight-color Edale has a 430mm web width, and can print up to 600-micron cartonboard. Each print unit has twin servos, and the press is fitted with a combination of infrared drying and UV curing, and a shingled delivery table. Roll sizes at the company’s plant in Samutsakorn are typically 3,200 lineal meters of 270gsm paperboard, which the Martin Automatic equipped Edale press can now run off at 150m/min, on a 24/7 basis.
