TWPG's product offering covers paper and foil stickers, bumper stickers, lube labels, electrostatic cling stickers and floor graphics. Its bumper sticks are printed with lightfast inks and offer an outdoor life expectancy of up to three years. These stickers can be supplied in any size or any shape, and are also available on clear vinyl, as well as with an optional UV varnish for extra protection. Lube labels are printed on 200gsm matte paper and combined with a removable, residual free adhesive. They are described as a double-sided heavy paper sticker used by motor vehicle service outlets, mechanics and auto electricians for next service details and information, and are applied to the inside of car windscreens. Standard or custom sizes are available and can be printed in full color.

The D5 is a sheet-fed flexo magnetic model that performs, die-cutting, kiss-cutting and creasing on various substrate thicknesses, and can handle sheet sizes from 8 x 8in to 15 x 22in. It has a maximum operating speed of 5,000sph.

TWPG is to use its D5 for kiss-cutting, and its managing director David Lawless said: ‘The cutting result is beyond expectations. I am absolutely stoked with what I have seen.’
