Sato appoints new president and CEO

Sato, a supplier of barcode printing, labeling and EPC/RFID technology, has appointed Kazuo Matsuyama as president and chief executive officer effective October 3, 2011.
The move is a part of Sato’s corporate restructure to a pure holding company on the same date. ‘We welcome these important changes and fully support Mr Matsuyama as our new president and CEO,’ said Koichi Nishida, who will step down from his currentposition of president and CEO and will assume the new role of chairman. ‘In these complex times, Mr Matsuyama’s dedication, vast international business experience, and vision for global expansion and corporate growth are essential qualities to reach our corporate goals.’
