Vetaphone makes appointments in pursuit of growth

Vetaphone has made a number of appointments within its international sales team to strengthen its sales representation and market coverage in key areas, and achieve growth in its wide web market share.

The new appointments are Pete Kelly as area sales manager for Europe, Elena Plakhotnyk as area sales manager for Scandinavia, Central and Eastern Europe, and Finn Hinze, who joins as area sales and business development manager for Asia Pacific.

Vetaphone, which has an 80 percent share of the corona business in the narrow web market and wants to grow its presence in the wide web market, said growing its international sales team is intrinsic to its expansion program that is targeting a 25 percent increase in business in 2014, and part of a three-year and two million EUR investment program embarked upon by company owners Jan and Frank Eisby.

Kelly is an electronics engineer with 17 years of experience in international sales, while Elena Plakhotnyk brings 12 years of sales experience to her role. Hinze has added nearly three decades of experience to Vetaphone’s international sales team, including working with Nestlé around the world.

Vetaphone sales director Kevin McKell said: ‘With a significant growth in demand for Vetaphone products worldwide, we are delighted to add three experienced sales managers to our team.’
