AtéCé takes over the graphic art business of Mitsubishi International GmbH
AtéCé and Mitsubishi International GmbH located in Düsseldorf, Germany, have signed an asset purchase agreement for the entire business of the graphic art materials department.
All business activities of the Mitsubishi International GmbH graphic art materials department will be continued by AtéCé Graphic Products from Uitgeest and Alkmaar. AtéCé is being appointed by Mitsubishi Paper Mills Limited as an authorized master distributor for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
The agreement includes the following products: offset plates manufactured by Mitsubishi Paper Mills Limited with a substrate made of polyester/RC paper, such as Mitsubishi Silver Digiplate and Silver Master; CT(c)P offset plates manufactured by CRON/Blackwood; various types of press and pre-press chemicals and spare parts for CtP equipment sold by Mitsubishi International GmbH. Technical service will be provided by AtéCé.
