Reproflex3 to automate production

Newcastle-based Reproflex3 has moved towards a fully integrated and automated production system by placing an order with Hybrid Software at Labelexpo.

The order includes Hybrid Software’s Facelift, which will be used to link order intake, planning and production systems in order to streamline the order life cycle and reduce administration.

The system will be installed at the Cramlington site over coming months and will integrate Reproflex3’s existing systems and provide a dynamic management overview for all steps in the production cycle.

Reproflex3 joint managing director Andrew Hewitson said: ‘Hybrid Software will provide our growing business with an automated approach to order management and create the capacity for the growth that we are planning.

‘After assessing several options we decided on Hybrid Software because of their extensive background in packaging graphics and their refreshing approach to our challenges.’
