Kodak introduces centralized workflow tool

Kodak has introduced the Design2Launch Brand Manager centralized digital workflow and brand-asset management system to enable enterprise packaging and marketing teams to securely approve, organize and distribute packaging and marketing artwork, layouts and other digital assets to departments, regions and suppliers.
The web-based solution provides end users with process management tools that can boost operational efficiency, increase speed-to-market and improve brand consistency over multi-channel marketing and packaging assets, Kodak said.
Design2Launch Brand Manager provides a full end-to-end set of configuration tools that make tasks and functions available through an intuitive user interface that is designed to accelerate adoption, enable organization-wide change management and establish best-practice standards. Design2Launch Brand Manager includes controlled access to a single source of works in progress and approved repurposable digital assets. Kodak said this feature supports brand consistency and affords real-time collaboration to improve business processes. A secure audit trail assures authenticity of process, with clearly defined and tightly managed workflows and approvals.
In addition, flexible configuration settings and scaling support allows Design2Launch Brand Manager to quickly adapt to changes in business processes and integrate with existing enterprise systems with a robust plug-in framework and support for the J2EE platform.
