CGS adds to European sales management team

CGS Publishing Technologies International, a global leader of color management software, digital proofing systems and media, has appointed Robert Lugg as area sales manager Northern Europe.  

Reporting to Stephan Reiter, sales director Europe, Lugg will be responsible for manufacturer, key account and dealer support in UK, Ireland, all Nordic countries and Northern Germany.

A native of the UK, Lugg lived in Germany for many years and is fluent in English and German. He joins CGS from Ricoh Europe, where he was responsible for the introduction, business development and product management of software options for production printing and workflow systems.  

Prior to Ricoh, Lugg held various positions in business management, sales, technical support and marketing at companies like FFEI, Creo, Fuji Photo Film and Purup PrePress in Europe.

‘Robert is familiar with the specific challenges of the market and his expertise in digital printing systems and broad European background makes him the ideal person for the task. We are very glad to have him on the team, focusing on the strategic growth in key areas of Europe,’ commented Stephan Reiter, sales director Europe.
