Hiflex appoints Web2Print sales manager

Hiflex has appointed Volker Mohr as Web2Print sales manager. The company reports increased interest in its Hiflex Web2Print software since it became a plug-in module to support content management system Drupal, and Mohr has been appointed to handle this increased demand.

Stefan Reichhart, general director, commented: ‘Offering Hiflex Webshop as a plug-in module for the content management system Drupal is really paying off. Several companies from America, the Middle East and Europe have already decided to implement our system. In order to meet these growing demands, we have made an addition to our company and are pleased to welcome Volker Mohr as our newest member.’

Mohr began his career as a media designer at a newspaper publisher in Aachen, Germany. After studying print media management at the HDM in Stuttgart he continued to work at various printing plants. ‘This is an excellent new opportunity for me because Webshop is one of Hiflex’s premier software systems and constantly evolving,’ he said. ‘My objective is to not only manage our Webshop sales effort, but to help incorporate new Webshop concepts that aide the growing needs of the printing industry. With my printing background and the superb capabilities of Webshop, I believe we will really be able to help many printers get into the online arena and have outstanding success. I was born and raised in Aachen, so I am also very pleased to be back in my hometown.’
