Multi Packaging Solutions expands G7 certification

Multi Packaging Solutions (MPS), a manufacturer of print and packaging, has received G7 certification for its manufacturing facility in Obersulm, Germany. The company now has 11 locations certified to this standard.

The company now offers consistent color standards and brand identity for global, regional, and local customers in the US and Europe. With G7 proofing standards across its manufacturing network, its plants can exchange files seamlessly among different imaging systems and printing equipment, regardless of paper type, ink quantity, screening type, or imaging technology. The certification also enables remote proofing, proof-less workflows, ink jet and half-tone proofs.

‘Certifying our manufacturing network to G7 standards is part of our ongoing commitment to offering customers complete solutions from the digital front-end through fulfillment,’ said Dennis Kaltman, president of MPS. ‘With this certification we now offer a simplified workflow, manufacturing flexibility, and consistent quality on an international scale.’
