SGS International implements QBF Aramis

SGS International has chosen the Aramis system from German MIS provider the Quick Brown Fox (QBF) as its new global order entry system.

SGS International has defined requirements for a workflow solution; it had to address the most important aspects of design-to-print projects: speed-to-market, accuracy, and cost; QBF said Aramis met each of these requirements

Headquarter in Louisville, Kentucky, SGS International is a specialist in flexo and gravure technologies, with operations across the US, the UK and in Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Hong Kong, the Philippines.

It produces more than three million sq ft of flexo plates annually, and supplies over 80,000 gravure cylinders annually in North America.

After comprehensive market research, SGS International selected QBF’s Aramis to become its future global order entry system.

SGS International had defined requirements for a workflow solution; it had to address the most important aspects of design-to-print projects: speed-to-market, accuracy and cost.

QBF said Aramis met each of these requirements and offered growth potential for future demands. It also offered varied options for integration within SGS International’s production systems, QBF said.
