- Sistrade to strengthen its commercial and technical capacity in the region

- Growth in the region started in 2004 with flexible packaging firm Amba Co.

Sistrade has moved to strengthen its presence in south-east Europe by opening a new office in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Sistrade said the Slovenian office allows it to prepare for future growth in the region with a linguistic and geographical presence. Croatia will join the European Union in July this year, and proximity to the growing market in region will allow Sistrade to expand its operations, and promote and advertise products and services across South-east Europe.

Sistrade intends to strengthen its commercial and technical capacity in the region, providing local support and increase the volume of sales in the market in 2013.

The company’s growth in the region started in 2004 with flexible packaging firm Amba Co., a Slovenian company printing packaging for food, pharmaceutical and tobacco companies, as well as chemical industries, becoming its first customer.

Sistrade will also carry out trade mission in the region, including attending PrintCom in Plovdiv, Bulgaria on May 15-18 and Intergrafika 2013 in Zagreb, on May 22-25.
