US converter Omni Systems installs EFI Radius MIS

Omni Systems, a label converter based in Cleveland, Ohio, USA, has selected EFI Radius as its new MIS software.

In business since 1989, the company specializes in long runs of direct thermal and thermal transfer barcode labels. 

‘After closely reviewing several options, Omni Systems chose the EFI Radius ERP solution because of its specific focus on the labeling industry, its robustness, and the ability for the system to grow with us as our business expands and evolves,’ said Michael Kisha, vice president of manufacturing and distribution. ‘Now our separate, home-grown systems will be replaced by an integrated solution that covers the complete workflow, from quoting to printing to shipping.’

Omni Systems' plants in Cleveland and Mayfield Village will run the Radius software. ‘We expect to be a lot more efficient in all departments, and look forward to having real-time metrics to help us make appropriate decisions that will lead to even greater customer satisfaction and business success,’ added Kisha.
