The Nilpeter FA-17 flexo press is a high-performance press used for flexographic printing and converting of self-adhesive materials, flexible packaging, tube laminates and many other substrates. It is built around the modern print operator, with an intuitive user interface, fully mobile print controls and quick-change capabilities for increased productivity. It features advanced servo technology and a precise registration system that allows for accurate and consistent printing on various materials and supports multiple web widths. Overall, the Nilpeter FA-17 is a reliable and versatile flexo press suitable for a wide range of printing applications.
An increasing number of converters in the UAE and Saudi Arabian regions are now setting up their production plants for both labels and flexible packaging segments.
Nilpeter takes prospective customers from the MENA region to its Technology Centers – located in Denmark, the US, India and Thailand – to see its machines running and learn about the range of possible applications.
Manu Muraleekrishnan, business manager, Nilpeter Middle East, says: ‘Emirates Printing Press was never an easy task to crack as such companies believe in investing in futuristic technology, and they were not ready to compromise with second-grade options. The biggest strength of Emirates Printing Press is its team with absolute technical know-how. There are no if’s and but’s when we discuss a project with EPP, as they are crystal clear with their requirements. We have learned a lot from EPP and serving them was an absolute pleasure.’
Nilpeter will have both the FA-17 and its new FA-26 line on display at Labelexpo Europe in September. The company will also discuss its technology at Gulf Print & Pack 2024.
Adds Muraleekrishnan, ‘At Labelexpo Europe 2023 and Gulf Print & Pack 2024, we will discuss our FA-17 and new FA-26, a combination machine incorporating gravure and flexo technology with multiple drying systems is a blessing for short-run flexible packaging. This press would be the final definition of automation which can take up productivity to a new league. We will also discuss the full Nilpeter press portfolio, and ABG digital finishing machines with more refined embellishments.’
