Eco3 unveils all-in-one aqueous flexo processor

Eco3 has introduced Magis Pro-Eco 300+, a next-generation all-in-one aqueous processor that combines LED exposure, washout, drying and finishing in a compact unit.

The Belgium-based company will showcase the new aqueous flexo platemaking system at Labelexpo Europe 20205, in Hall 5, Booth 5D13. The Magis Pro-Eco 300+ is designed to simplify and accelerate sustainable platemaking for label and narrow web converters, as well as repro houses.

The integrated workflow simplifies daily operation, reduces manual steps and supports more efficient production processes. With LED UV exposure, the system eliminates warm-up delays associated with traditional lamps, reduces energy requirements, and provides more stable operation.

The Magis Pro-Eco 300+ supports aqueous platemaking, while the Amfortis workflow ensures accuracy and automation. The company maintains the availability of solvent plate options for hybrid setups.

The offering incorporates Eco3's Spir@l screening technology, which delivers sharper image detail and smoother tonal rendering, and GridTune surface patterning, which ensures consistent ink transfer and optimized solids. These innovations help flexo professionals reduce waste and downtime while supporting more efficient and sustainable production.
