FTA launches Rising 20 young talent program

New recognition scheme targets flexo professionals aged 35 and under.

The Foundation of Flexographic Technical Association has launched FTA Rising 20, a new recognition program selecting 20 emerging professionals aged 35 and under for their achievements, leadership and potential within the flexographic printing industry.

Nominees will be assessed across five criteria: professional experience and achievement, performance and innovation, leadership and teamwork, industry involvement, and future potential. Eligible candidates must be 35 or younger as of December 31, 2026 and have a minimum of two years of employment in flexographic or package printing.

Honorees will be featured across FTA publications and digital media and recognized as part of a network of emerging industry leaders. Nominations are open to companies, managers, mentors, peers and self-nominees via the FTA website.

'FTA Rising 20 recognizes those emerging leaders who are already making a difference and whose influence will help define the next chapter of flexography,' said Nathan Ridnouer, president of the Foundation of Flexographic Technical Association.
