RRD visits Weigang facility

RRD has visited Weigang's manufacturing facility in China for discussions on emerging trends in label and packaging production, with senior management, R&D and operations representatives from RRD China attending the visit.

During the visit, Weigang introduced its development history, product portfolio and manufacturing capabilities to the delegation, which also toured the company's production floor to review its range of offset, flexographic, digital and finishing equipment, as well as its manufacturing processes and quality control systems.

Discussions covered production efficiency, automation, workflow integration and emerging trends in label manufacturing.

'Open dialogue between equipment manufacturers and printing companies plays an important role in driving innovation throughout the industry,' said Ryan Zhou, general manager of Weigang.
