Steinhauser wins TLMI Eugene Singer Award
Kentucky label printer recognized for business management excellence in the mid-range category.
Steinhauser Inc. has received the 2025 Eugene Singer Award for Business Management Excellence from TLMI, recognizing the Kentucky-based converter's performance across key financial and operational metrics as measured by the TLMI Management Ratio Study.
The award is presented annually to the top-performing converters across four size categories, with Steinhauser honored in the mid-range category. The study is managed by Industry Insights and allows participating companies to benchmark performance against peers.
Founded 121 years ago and now in its fourth generation of family ownership, Steinhauser is a woman-owned converter producing custom pressure-sensitive and shrink sleeve labels.
'This award reflects the care put into making consistent, thoughtful decisions that strengthen a company's financial health while also preparing for the future,' said Tara Halpin, owner and CEO of Steinhauser. 'While I'm honored to accept this recognition, the true credit belongs to our team. Their pride in their work, their dedication to quality and their commitment to continuous improvement make strong performance every day possible.'
The award was presented at TLMI's annual converter leadership meeting.
