Finat updates Label Competition for 2027

Finat has revised the structure and categories of its 2027 Label Competition, with registration now open to label printers worldwide.

The updates are intended to reflect better developments in label and narrow-web converting technologies, applications and the people behind them. Finat said the revised structure would also make the competition clearer and more intuitive for entrants and judges.

Now in its 47th year, the annual competition recognizes achievements in self-adhesive label design, printing, converting and innovation. It also enables converters to benchmark their work against international standards and gain recognition from industry peers.

Finat is inviting member and non-member label printers to submit their entries by February 12, 2027. Entrants have been advised to review the updated guidelines, categories and entry procedures before submitting their work.

Winners of the 2027 Finat Label Competition will be announced and honored in Warsaw on May 19, 2027.
