Allegra Design installs Weigang flexo press

Canadian Converter Allegra Design Print Mall has installed Weigang ZJR-450G flexo press for customized label production. 

The press is configured with 10 colors, two die-cutting stations, sheeting and customized lamination. 

The machine was designed around the converter’s need to combine two materials in a single production workflow, highlighting Weigang’s ability to provide a tailored label press rather than only standard configurations. A dual unwind and a lamination station were included as part of the customized setup, supporting a more flexible production process for complex label jobs. 

The project reflects a growing demand among converters for machinery suppliers that can adapt quickly to specific applications and production requirements. In this case, the customized press layout demonstrates Weigang’s willingness to work closely with customers on practical, application-driven solutions.
