Located just off Les Paul Parkway, the new facility represents investment in KDV Label’s long-term growth, manufacturing capabilities and commitment to delivering custom labels. The expansion reinforces KDV’s focus on operational excellence, customer service and employee experience.

The new manufacturing facility consolidates KDV’s Waukesha operations into a single, modern location, improving production efficiency, streamlining workflows and enhancing collaboration across teams. This centralized environment enables KDV to better serve customers with faster turnaround times, consistent quality and scalable production capabilities.

The building is made up of a 99,000sqft space for flexo presses and storage, an 8,000sqft digital press and production room, and 10,000sqft of office and meeting space. The building houses 13 flexo presses and two digital presses. The facility also has an additional 30,000sqft available for expansion.

Of KDV’s three locations, this new Wisconsin facility is the largest.

Designed to support growth across multiple industries, the facility enhances KDV’s ability to produce a wide range of custom labels, including pressure-sensitive labels, digital labels, unsupported film labels, promotional labels, variable data labels and expanded content labels. The investment ensures KDV can meet increasing demand while maintaining the craftsmanship and attention to detail that define its brand.

In addition to Walz, other speakers at the ribbon-cutting ceremony included Waukesha mayor Alicia Halvensleben; Ginger Kollmansberger, representing Sen Ron Johnson's office; Waukesha County board chair Jim Heinrich; and Nelson Williams, CEO of Briohn Building, which designed and built the facility.

‘Today is about more than just opening a new building,' Halvensleben said. 'It's about celebrating a company that believes in our community and has chosen to invest in its future right here. That investment creates opportunities, strengthens our local economy and helps ensure our community continues to grow and thrive.'

The opening of the new Waukesha manufacturing facility marks a milestone for KDV Label as it continues to invest in label printing technology, workforce development and long-term partnerships with customers and suppliers.

'One year ago, we broke ground with a vision of building something that would strengthen our future while better serving our customers and our team,' Walz said. 'Today, we’re proud to open the doors to a facility that reflects that commitment and positions KDV to continue delivering the service, quality, and partnership our customers rely on.'
