SPGPrints announces new Marble RSI unit at Labelexpo Europe 2025

The company presents the new technology for the first time.

SPGPrints has introduced its next-generation rotary screen-printing unit, Marble (RSI IV), at Labelexpo Europe 2025 in Barcelona. The new technology is presented for the first time at stand 3G14.

Designed as a future-proof technology for industrial label production, Marble combines SPGPrints’ renowned print quality with improved user-friendliness, digital integration and lower operational costs. Its modular, compact design makes rotary screen printing accessible to more print houses, enabling high-quality opaque whites, tactile finishes, braille, and RFID applications at a reduced cost of entry.

Marble supports print widths of 10, 13, 16, 20, and 26 inches, with print speeds up to 125 m/min, matching the RSI III’s performance. Key features include an upgraded user-friendly UI designed to lower training effort, automated ink level controls, and Industry 4.0 connectivity with MES/ERP integration for smarter operations.

‘Marble is built for today’s challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities,’ says Tom Overgoor, product manager at SPGPrints. ‘It lowers barriers to premium rotary screen printing without compromising on quality.’
