Welabel installs Weigang ZJR-350G flexo press

Italian label converter Welabel has installed a Weigang ZJR-350G flexographic press configured for a wide range of label applications, including special surface printing, cold foil, multilayer lamination and die-cutting.  

The 8-color press is equipped with Italian RE tension control and web guiding, dual-sided dust removal, corona treatment, an Italian UV curing system, a movable turn bar, a cold foil unit with slip shaft, multilayer lamination with waste matrix rewinding, die-cutting with matrix removal, and slitting functions. The machine also features a Siemens servo control system and BST stroboscopic inspection.  

The configuration reflects a growing market demand for integrated label production systems that combine print quality, finishing flexibility and stable web handling in a single platform.
