ePac Flexible Packaging marks tenth anniversary

Digital flexible packaging network expands to 20-plus facilities across four continents.

ePac Flexible Packaging has marked its tenth anniversary, having grown from a single manufacturing facility at its founding in 2016 into a global network serving thousands of customers across North America, Europe, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region.

The company, which targets CPG brands seeking low-minimum order quantities with fast turnaround times, operates its global network under the ePacOne platform, routing orders across more than 20 facilities worldwide. Its model is built around HP Indigo digital print technology, enabling on-demand production that the company says reduces obsolete inventory and minimizes waste compared with conventional flexible packaging production.

As it enters its second decade, ePac said it is accelerating investment in high-barrier materials, sustainable film options, expanded production capacity and next-generation digital print technology.

'From day one, ePac was built to empower brands at every level,' said Virag Patel, CEO and co-founder of ePac Flexible Packaging. 'Whether providing low-minimum agility for a startup's flagship launch or high-capacity production for a global enterprise's national rollout, we remove manufacturing constraints so our partners can focus on scaling their business. Our best years are ahead of us.'
