Xeikon launches educational event for label and packaging professionals
Digital print specialist returns with hands-on learning experience in Illinois.

Xeikon has announced the return of its live educational event series with 'Unboxed: A Xeikon Learning Experience', taking place at the company's North American Innovation Center in Elgin, Illinois, on September 25, 2025.
The launch of Unboxed follows strong engagement from recent events and reflects growing demand for educational gatherings in the print and packaging sector. The full-day event focuses on providing actionable insights for professionals across the label and packaging value chain, from printers and converters to brand managers, packaging designers and creative agencies.
The event offers attendees an opportunity to step outside daily operations into an environment focused on learning, exploring and idea-sharing. With curated sessions, real-world demonstrations and conversations with industry leaders, Unboxed emphasizes education over sales and discovery over product pitches.
The full-day event targets label and packaging professionals seeking insights into digital print's role in meeting production, design and sustainability demands. It will feature educational sessions with industry expert Eric Vessels and marketing expert Joanne Gore, covering the latest trends and revenue opportunities.
'Xeikon Learning Experiences will serve as a recurring touchpoint for industry professionals to stay sharp in an evolving landscape,' explained Kent Wolford, director of marketing at Xeikon North America. 'Our goal is to create experience-led events that foster community, innovation and collaboration.'
The program includes real-world demonstrations of digital print applications, a live case study from Xeikon customer Repacorp, and interactive sample stations. Attendees will also have access to one-on-one conversations with Xeikon leadership and technology specialists.
'At Repacorp, we don't make equipment decisions lightly,' noted Aaron Dumke, vice president of packaging at Repacorp. 'When deciding to upgrade our Xeikon Panther presses, the PX3300HD checked all the boxes. The new installation has showcased that the press is the real deal.'
