NextGen Label Group in the US has added a Nilpeter FA-Line 22in flexographic press to increase production capabilities.
The NextGen label division produces high-quality labels and packaging for several sectors across the globe, including spirits, non-alcoholic beverages, household, health, beauty, cannabis, industrial and medical. The company produces pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, flexible packaging, RFID labels and extended content and promotional labels.
Dan Rosenbaum, president and CEO of NextGen Label Group, said: 'Brand custodianship is at the core of every decision we make as an organization.'
'With this investment, we are delivering on the promise of brand custodianship by protecting the integrity of our customers' brand, helping optimize the shelf impact of their packaging and providing the next generation of innovative solution they demand,' he added.
This investment expands NextGen Label Group's production capacity, strengthens operational flexibility, and adds built-in redundancy across its facilities. As the company's third 22in Nilpeter press, it brings the total press count to 20 across two locations.
The new Nilpeter FA-Line 22in press provides enhanced flexibility and precision, allowing the company to manage large, complex label runs with greater efficiency.
This investment provides high-quality, technology-driven innovation that increases overall capacity, ensures consistent quality, and helps meet the evolving needs of customers across various industries, including spirits, food and beverage, health and beauty, medical, industrial, and more.
Features of the press include a 22-inch-wide press with nine color stations, automatic ABG unwind/rewind units, and advanced embellishments, including cold foil, spot varnish, tactile lamination, and more.
Nick Noyes, chief operations officer at NextGen, added: 'By investing in this new press, NextGen Label Group continues to deliver measurable benefits to our customers, including the expanded customization options, superior print precision and consistent quality needed to help brands stand out and succeed.'
Lenny DeGirolmo, president of Nilpeter US, said: 'At Nilpeter, we are honored to continue our long-standing partnership with NextGen Label Group and congratulate the entire team on their investment in the FA-22 - our flagship flexo press.
'This installation is not only a reflection of the trust built over decades, but also a strong signal of where the industry is heading: towards innovation, freedom of choice, and true value for converters.
'In times when external pressures attempt to limit options in the American market, it is refreshing to see forward-thinking companies like NextGen Label Group make decisions based on performance, efficiency, and long-term vision rather than artificial constraints. We are proud to stand alongside them on that journey.'
