Girls Who Print (GWP) will hold an event at Labelexpo Europe 2025 designed to inspire skill-building and spark meaningful connections. It will be hosted by the organization's executive director Deborah Corn and managing director Pat McGrew.
This event will take place on September 17 from 4-5 pm at The Pulse at Stand 7B15.
GWP is a global, nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women across their careers in print and graphic communications. It is the largest independent network of women in the industry, with a membership program and platform that fosters community, mentorship and professional growth. Through education, events, mentorship and advocacy, GWP helps women build confidence, expand expertise and create opportunities across all segments of print, packaging and communications.
Attendees at the Labelexpo Europe event will hear a short introduction about the GWP mission, followed by a presentation on why continuous learning and asking thoughtful questions are essential for women's career growth. The program concludes with open networking, an opportunity to meet peers, colleagues and male allies who share a passion for print and packaging and are welcome to join this event and GWP membership.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a beverage and business cards to connect, collaborate, explore career opportunities and build lasting friendships while getting involved with GWP.
'Having the first official Girls Who Print event at the first Labelexpo in Barcelona is a milestone moment,' said Corn. 'We want attendees to walk away with practical advice, new connections and a clear sense of how Girls Who Print can support them and the industry. Sharing knowledge is how we can all strengthen our place in the world of print.'
