Temera acquires Vox Elements

Temera, a European company specializing in traceability and digitalization technology for the fashion and luxury sector, has acquired Vox Elements, a US-based provider of IoT technology, including RFID, NFC and BLE.

The acquisition highlights Temera’s broader international growth strategy, aimed at strengthening its operational presence and capabilities in the US. This move will allow the company to establish and leverage a North American operational base to effectively support global clients and projects across the territory.

Temera and Vox Elements are already the trusted traceability, serialization and IoT partners to many internationally recognized brands. Temera will now be able to work more closely with international brands already present in the US, facilitating interaction with their local teams, improving project effectiveness and creating new opportunities for business development and the consolidation of commercial relationships.
