Specialty chemicals executive joins ink manufacturer with 20 years of commercial leadership.
Wikoff has appointed Cara Gresio as chief commercial officer, effective May 4, 2026, succeeding Jeff Czarnecki, who will remain engaged through a transition period to ensure continuity for customers and the commercial team.
Gresio brings more than 20 years of commercial leadership in specialty chemicals, fluoropolymers and advanced materials. Most recently, she served as business director at Daikin America, leading globally significant businesses with full P&L responsibility and multi-year contract strategy. Earlier, she held senior roles at Materion Corporation, where she managed a 100 million USD global business.
'Cara's commercial leadership experience, deep industry knowledge and customer focus make her well positioned to build on our momentum and help drive our next phase of growth,' said Mark Lewis, CEO of Wikoff.
'Wikoff has built a strong reputation for technical leadership and trusted customer partnerships,' said Gresio. 'I'm excited to join the team and build on that foundation, deepening relationships and continuing to deliver innovative, high-performance solutions that support long-term sustainable growth.'
