Esko has confirmed that it will showcase innovative technologies that embrace cloud computing, AI and SaaS at Labelexpo Europe 2025 taking place from 16-19 September 2025. The end-to-end Esko integrated technology tackle the challenges of producing more and faster while maintaining optimal quality and achieving sustainability objectives.

The recently introduced CDI Quartz – now compatible with narrow web applications will be featured at the show and visitors can observe improved flexo print quality with printed samples at the Esko booth.

‘We’re thrilled to spotlight these latest innovations at one of the largest events in the European calendar,’ said Esko chief marketing officer Jan De Roeck. ‘As well as demonstrating how our next-generation Esko S2 platform enables brands and their labels supply chains to access connected cloud-based operations and data to achieve new levels of go-to-market speed and efficiency, Labelexpo visitors will be amongst the first to get a close-up look at our latest solutions.’

From booths 5D31 and 5E31 in Hall 5 at Fira Gran Via, Barcelona, Esko will showcase its latest innovations using cloud and AI to boost sustainability, data integration, and operational efficiency.

Alongside its partners at X-Rite Pantone, Esko booth will have a number of ‘demo pods’ for product demonstrations. It is also creating a ‘discover Esko’ experience explaining the company’s rich heritage. Also featured are dedicated flexo and color-themed interactive experiences and a zone dedicated to showcasing newest innovations.

‘Delivering significant improvements in everything from quality control to compliance management, color control to data-driven decision making, sustainability and workflow efficiency improvements, we have developed these latest technical innovations to address the specific pain points that have a critical impact on today’s packaging supply chain, while preparing for what lays ahead,’ De Roeck said.

The company will showcase a range of innovations.

Esko WebCenter Pack delivers complete packaging management specifically for converters, available now following its global launch at Esko World.

Esko Print Clone is a cloud-based color matching tool powered by AI. Print Clone intelligently reverse-engineers color profiles, significantly reducing trial and error and accelerating the color matching process. Labelexpo visitors can experience it live as it transforms and matches a flexo sample into a matching digitally printed label.

Esko CDI Quartz is now commercially available globally. Engineered for precision, the CDI Quartz produces accurate, high-quality flexo plates that reduce ink consumption and deliver print results that challenge gravure standards, the company said.

Visitors are invited at the Esko booth at 11:00 AM on day one of the show for the live unveiling of a new addition.

‘We look forward to presenting these latest additions to the Esko ecosystem at Labelexpo,’ said De Roeck. ‘Driven by AI and the Esko S2 platform, this raft of innovations underlines the value of true end-to-end integration, each delivering tangible benefits for global brands and their label converters and serving to further digitize, automate and accelerate the process of developing and bringing to market a packaged product.’
