Firsta Group upgrades to EcoVadis silver medal

Firsta Group, a global supplier of film materials and packaging, has upgraded its EcoVadis rating from Bronze to Silver Medal, reflecting progress across environmental management, social responsibility, ethics and sustainable procurement.

The company said the upgraded rating aligns with its development of high-barrier BOPP film solutions designed to support mono-material polypropylene packaging structures, targeting customers seeking recyclable packaging options ahead of tightening regulatory requirements.

EcoVadis evaluates companies across four areas: environment, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement, and its ratings are widely used by global organizations to assess supplier sustainability performance.
