Shuttleworth releases advanced MIS tool

Shuttleworth Business Systems has released a new version of its MIS software, described as ‘one of the most significant updates’ with new functionality to improve productivity.

Version 5.3 of its MIS software includes the new iPhone and iPad mobile CRM app (pictured, below), which is designed to save time and give sales teams instant access to essential information including company, contact and enquiry details when on the road. Enquiries can be viewed and updated in real time and addresses link into most satellite navigation systems.

It also features the new job tracking functionality Milestones, which automatically updates jobs to make it simple to view the status of any job as it progresses through the business.

The release was launched at a recent Shuttleworth user meeting, and Iain Cox, managing director at Multisets Limited, said: ‘We have been using the latest technology for a few months. It has given complete transparency to the business, without having to search. Information is a click of a button away and the format is presented in a completely user-friendly way so that anyone can access and look at information instantly.’
