ePS launches CommandCore platform

CommandCore brings ERP, MES, quality and sustainability onto a single architecture.

ePS has launched CommandCore, a unified operational platform designed for packaging manufacturers, consolidating ERP, manufacturing execution, scheduling, quality, sustainability and supply chain functions onto a single database and platform foundation.

The platform addresses what ePS describes as a persistent industry problem of critical functions operating across disconnected tools, restricting real-time visibility, obscuring profitability and slowing modernization efforts. CommandCore is built around eight packaging-native pillars covering ERP, manufacturing execution, control systems, operational excellence, smart scheduling, quality and compliance, sustainability and supply chain management, with real-time data flowing from estimate through production and accounting without middleware or integration layers.

The platform supports modular adoption, allowing manufacturers to start with the areas of greatest operational need and expand over time while maintaining a single source of operational data.

'For decades, packaging manufacturers have achieved operational excellence despite their software, not because of it,' said Doug Braun, CEO of ePS. 'They've been told fragmentation is inevitable and modernization requires compromise. CommandCore was built to challenge that assumption.'

'Unified doesn't mean all at once,' added Craig Tait, CPO of ePS. 'Each company has their own timeline, and now we can truly help throughout their journey.'
