AB Graphic solution for Riviera Labels

AB Graphic International has supplied UK-based Riviera Labels Ltd with a six color, LPM300iTP Lintec letterpress machine with flexo varnishing station. Included in the reconditioned machine is an Omega in-line slitter/rewinder also from AB Graphic International, seven inter-station GEW UV curing units and web viewing system. 

Riviera Labels supplies the cosmetics, food packaging, tourism and leisure industries as well retail and design houses. In addition to supplying a full range of self-adhesive labels, the company also supplies a wide range of promotional products.  Sales director Chris Bastow said: ‘Although we supply a wide range of corporate promotional items, our core business strength is in self adhesive labels. We are delighted with the press and since installation of the Lintec, we have won several new contracts enabling us not only to double our turnover but also we have now increased our square footage by 75 per cent.’ 

The Lintec compliments the companies four existing presses with high quality, value added work a priority.

Tony Bell, sales director of AB Graphic International, commented: ‘The press was returned to our Bridlington facility where it underwent a complete overhaul, including recovering of all rubber rollers before re-installation at Riviera. We are delighted to have been instrumental in enabling Riviera Labels to double its production and turnover.’
