Acquisition makes JPL leading French HBA converter

JPL Etiquette Groupe, based in Saint Martin la Plaine, France, has acquired Imprim'etic in Bondy, France – a company with a Euro five million turnover and 32 employees – from Nord est Ileos groupe.
This acquisition is expected to make JPL the leading French converter of self-adhesive labels for the Health/cosmetic/perfume sector. JPL is a Euro 15 million company with 90 employees.
