Apex changes European distribution strategy

Global flexographic industry supplier Apex Europe has expanded its representation in Northern and Eastern Europe. With the increasing importance of the Baltic area - which will grow faster now that Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania have joined the European Union - Apex has announced that Jorma Pirhonen, now based in Forssa, Finland, will become the contact person for customers and prospects in these areas. This reflects the close geographical proximity of the Baltic states to Finland, and the fact that many groups established in Finland also have subsidiary plants in the Baltics.
Apex has also announced that Arne Eldrup, who currently covers all Flexo segments in the Danish and Norwegian markets, will now also be responsible for the sales of the Apex product range in Sweden.
