ABG keeps pace with demand with recruitment drive

A B Graphic International (ABG) has appointed Michael Rüschenbeck as a new member of the Germany-based sales team and eight individuals at its UK headquarters in Bridlington-Yorkshire.

Despite the commercial challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, A B Graphic International thrived during 2020. Its ongoing momentum has recently resulted in a raft of recruits in both Germany and the UK. This move will allow ABG to keep pace with increased demand and continue innovating and dominating the market.

As part of this initiative, the company has recruited Michael Rüschenbeck as a new member of the A B Graphic International sales team in Germany. A trained printer and a Bachelor Professional of Print Media Technology Management (CCI), Rüschenbeck brings significant industry experience to the role. Spending eight years employed at one of the world's largest printing press manufacturers, together with several years in the anilox roller sector in flexo printing, he also holds a Master Professional of Technical Management (CCI).

Rüschenbeck's sales management role will focus on ABG's customers in German-speaking countries. He will be responsible for providing those customers with comprehensive support across a wide range of equipment, including digital print finishing, automatic winding machines, winding and inspection machines, conventional web processing, camera inspection, special applications, and special equipment.

ABG has also employed eight individuals in the UK into various key new roles, including sales, marketing, control systems, electrical and design engineers, and technical authoring.
