Alien Technology announces changes to executive and board leadership

Alien Technology Corporation has announced that Dr Stav Prodromou is stepping down as the company’s CEO to assume a new position in the company as executive advisor, business development and government affairs.


The Alien board of directors has appointed Robert Eulau, executive VP, CFO, to the role of acting CEO, and will be conducting a search for the Alien CEO position. The board of Directors has also elected Duane Zitzner to the position of interim chairman of the board. Zitzner, a retired corporate officer of the Hewlett-Packard Company, joined the Alien board in March 2006 as a director.
