AVT names new president of the Americas

Advanced Vision Technology (AVT) has named Windell McGill as its new president of the Americas, who is rejoining the company to replace Amir Dekel.

McGill is rejoining AVT, having previously spent 15 years with the company, most recently as vice-president of sales for North America. Overall, he has more than 25 years of experience in the graphic arts industry, including former sales management positions with Autologic/Triple-I, Scitex, Dalim Software and HP Indigo.

McGill, who will work from AVT’s Atlanta, GA offices, will manage all activities in North and Latin America including sales, marketing and customer support. 

He is replacing outgoing president Amir Dekel, who is leaving the company after one year in this position, although having worked with AVT since 2001, including serving as vice-president of marketing.
