Bobst has appointed Helen Reaney-Jerome as head of customer care for the UK and Ireland to reinforce its focus on customer satisfaction further.
Reaney-Jerome Helen joins Bobst from an advanced technology company, Meggit, where she was customer response center manager. Before that, she had worked at GKN Aerospace for almost 15 years in roles including commercial team leader, customer service manager and senior program manager.
Reaney-Jerome will be responsible for leading a strategic review of customer care operations and processes in her new role. She will liaise with customers daily and oversee the day-to-day running of the customer care team.
