Christine West joins OKI Systems UK

OKI Systems UK has named Christine West as its head of customer services

OKI Systems UK has named Christine West as its head of customer services, with responsibility for all aspects of service delivery both to channel partners and end users of its technology.

Before joining OKI, West spent nearly four years as client director at Cura Technical, a specialist IT services provider and a third-party maintenance partner of OKI. Prior to Cura, West was at Wincor Nixdorf Services for more than six years, initially as service delivery manager and latterly as customer service manager.

In her new role, West will be based at OKI Systems UK in Egham and will report to Hagi Takaaki, OKI Systems UK managing director, who is also regional vice-president for the western European region. OKI Systems UK is part of OKI Europe, a division of Oki Data Corporation .

Graham Lowes, OKI Systems UK marketing director, said: ‘Chrissie is highly experienced in delivering services for a wide range of technology-based businesses. She has excellent knowledge of the printing solutions sector generally. More specifically, she understands exactly what end customers and the channel are looking for from customer service.

In line with this, I am focused on driving efficiencies in internal processes while delivering services that meet the many and varied needs of our customers.  While maintaining our traditional telephone-based services, we are also looking to develop the way we use the latest technologies to enhance the overall customer experience.’
