Dantex expands US service team

Bruce Davidson has joined Dantex Group’s US service team, bringing the company’s engineering workforce to over 50 employees, as the group further expands its equipment service capabilities in support of growing successful sales in the region.

Bruce Davidson joins the team of Dantex USA with over 30 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry to the role. His areas of focus include product development, lean manufacturing and process improvement.

Dantex currently offers two levels of service cover for after-sales support - classic and platinum - depending on customers’ specific needs; it can also tailor service and support requirements to suit preferences. In optimizing its fully scalable and comprehensive after-sales offering, Dantex can provide customers with remote support as an additional option if necessary.
