Flint Group appoints new CEO

Flint Group has appointed Antoine Fady as chief executive officer with effect from January 1 2011. 

Fady will succeed Charles Knott, who will hand over responsibilities in order to separate the duties of the chairman and CEO. Knott will continue as chairman. 

Antoine Fady joins Flint Group with over 20 years of global specialty chemical experience, most recently serving as general manager, Akzo Nobel Decorative Paints-Europe, and, prior to that, as chief executive officer ICI Packaging & Coatings.
